Soybeans

I am in NH, and have grown soybeans for the past two years to eat as
Edamame.

Last year all my Edamame seeds rotted in the ground, and I thought I
was out of luck for the year.

Then I remembered I had some soybeans for sprouting to eat.

So I planted them and got a good crop.

Came up packed close together, so not as big as real Edamame.
Also smaller because not real Edamame seeds.
I should have thinned them some.

Still enjoying them from the freezer.

This year I plan to maybe start some indoors, and also to cover ground
with black plastic after planting till they come up.
